Frades opens Christmas Pop-Up at Su Entu Sardinian Country Club: a new taste experience on the outskirts of Olbia

Published by

Frades, a symbol of contemporary Sardinian cuisine with offices in Porto Cervo and Via Mazzini in Milan, opens a new chapter in its gastronomic history: a Christmas Pop-Up of Flavours within the Su Entu Sardinian Country Clubelegant resort on the outskirts of Olbia. A project designed to enliven the winter season with a complete proposal of restaurant, bar and themed evenings, active throughout the festive period.

A return to the origins, in dialogue with the territory

"Christmas Pop-Up stems from the desire to strengthen our presence in Gallura even in winter. Sardinia is the land where Frades was born, the place that inspired our idea of cuisine and with which we want to maintain an ever-living link.
With this project, we bring a proposal designed for the local community, for those who stay and those who return, but also for travellers who choose Olbia, a dynamic city that in recent years has focused on New Year's Eve by hosting nationally renowned artists and whose growth we have observed with interest: this is also why we want to contribute, in our own way, to enriching its offer.
It is also an important opportunity to renew the dialogue with local producers and to tell them about our cuisine also out of season,' he says. Roberto Paddeu, executive chef at Frades.

The choice of the Su Entu Sardinian Country Club is no coincidence: a place immersed in the nature of Gallura, perfect for a project that weaves together conviviality, identity and hospitality.
