A dinner at 2000 metres amidst the spectacle of the Dolomites. This is the opportunity offered by the Dolomites Sky Dinner 21 September: a romantic dinner in a cable car, by candlelight, at the Ortisei Alpe di Siusi - Seilbahn St. Ulrich Seiser Alm - Mont Sëuc cable car, which connects Val Gardena with the Alpe di Siusi, an event that has been very successful in past years.
In the 25 cable cars that have been converted into a 'restaurant' for the occasion, accommodating between two and six people, a five-course menu with drinks is served by five famous restaurants in the area: Adler Resort, Hotel Montchalet (Ortisei), Restaurant Suinsom (Hotel Tyrol Selva), Hotel Acadia Selva and Restaurant Mont Sëuc.
An impeccable service, with dedicated waiters, will help to make the moment magical, already made so by the sunset that illuminates the most beautiful peaks of the Dolomites: from the Sella Massif, to the Sasso Lungo, and on to the Catinaccio Latemae and the Sciliar.
The programme of the Dolomites Sky Dinner includes the meeting and aperitif at the Mont Sëuc valley station at 6.30 p.m., at 7 p.m. start of dinner followed by dessert (served, as mentioned, at the Mont Sëuc mountain restaurant).
The cost of the 6-person cabin is Euro 840.00, about Euro 140 per person.
