TheFork Restaurant Awards: top chefs choose 70 new restaurants New Opening

The greatest chef recognised Italians come out of their kitchens to indicate 70 restaurantsNew Opening" throughout Italy to try out as soon as possible. These are the best new openings from January 2017 to date, which made it to the finals to receive the first TheFork Restaurant Awards dedicated to this very category. The idea stems from TheForkapp by Tripadvisor one of the most famous in Italy that allows you to reserve a table in a restaurant through the smartphone. From the partnership with Identità Golose selection of the 70 restaurants that chefs of the calibre of Bottura, Cracco, Cannavacciuolo and many others (the complete list on TheFork website), they wanted to include in this special ranking.

And who made the list of the best 70 restaurants New Opening will be lucky enough to count on targeted and timely 'publicity'. What better advice for a potential customer than coming directly from a well-known chef? All that remains for TheFork users to do is to vote for their best restaurant by 5 May to determine the overall winners, who will be announced on 28 May.
